What to include in a bug report

Where it happened: on this site, or in the Chrome extension.
Your browser and its version, and your operating system.
The audio formats involved, with a rough duration and file size.
What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Any message the editor showed, quoted exactly.

Your audio is decoded and exported on your device, so a description of the files is what makes a problem reproducible. Please do not attach audio you would rather not share.
